Salsa dancing is a dance style associated with the salsa style of music now popular all over the world. Salsa music has its origins sometime in the 1950s to 1970s, with the truly distinct salsa style coming out of New York in the 1970s. The music fuses a number of Cuban styles, particularly the son, but also draws from a number of other Latin American musical styles.
Every First Sunday of the month come and join us as Mauricio Reyes takes you through an Imp/Int. Salsa Class from 7pm to 7:45pm. After which Mauricio takes the floor for yet again with another amazing classes for Improvers/Int. Then a Bachata or Rueda Class till 9.15pm.
From 9:15pm Venezia turns into one of the most popular Salsa Venues in Exeter with Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Reggaeton and Kizomba music being played until late.
